Kavidoors EI2 fire-rated pivot doors feature a rock wool core, while multi-purpose doors are filled with honeycomb core. All models are available in both single-leaf and double-leaf configurations.

Model EI2 60 C5
- MC3 frame made of 1.2 mm high-strength galvanized steel.
- Includes housing for cold smoke seal, anchoring claws, and pre-drilled screw holes.
- 53 mm thick leaf made of skinpass galvanized steel, filled with rock wool (150 kg/m³ density).
- CE-marked certified lock.
- Secondary leaf fitted with CR4/5 panic-function secondary lock, interior rods, and manual activation lever (for double-leaf models).
- CE-marked hinges. Doors ≥2400 mm in height include an additional hinge. Minimum height for 4 hinges: 1360 mm.
- Fire-rated anti-trap handle (DIN standard), black flame-retardant polyamide with steel core and patent key cylinder (construction-use cylinder).
- Perimeter intumescent seal between frame and leaf.
- Two anti-leverage locking points.

Model EI2 120 C5

Large-scale fire-rated swing door (GDT)
Double-leaf fire-rated door specially designed for rail and road tunnels, where high pressure resistance is required, both push and suction.
The 100 mm thick leaves are manufactured using interlocking panels joined together and reinforced with a perimeter U-profile. Combined with a robust frame and welded reinforced hinges designed for pressure loads, the result is an optimal fire protection assembly.
Both the active and passive leaves include a panic bar. The active leaf also includes a black nylon handle with blind short backplate.
Frame: 100×40 mm tubular steel with 2.5 mm thickness.
UL-Certified fire-rated swing door
Within the fire-rated product range, Kavidoors offers UL-certified fire doors, compliant with ANSI-UL 10B, to meet the requirements of the U.S. market.
This model allows the integration of any UL-labeled hardware as needed.
