PRODUCT FEATURES

Frame.

Frame and false frame painted in silver or RAL lacquered.
Innovative system of telescopic frame is used to adapt peffectly the wall fixation to wall panels or brick walls no matter the length scale (mm,inches).

Top coating.

We have a wide collection of top coatings available to guarantee the maximum durability, even in the most aggressive environments

Hinges.

Stainless steel INOX 304 double designed for an intensive use.

Door leaf.

Compact injection leaf format built up with the bending of 1 or 2 certified structural steel sheets, with no need of perimeter moulding or welding structural. Steel plate 0,6mm wide, with PET coating which involves an excellent resistance to chemical products, and a very strong resistance to manipulation, humidity and scratches.
The sheet wears a weather strip mode with Flexible EPDM which guarantees the perimeter sealing and its tightness.
Eyehole in the middle. Bull-eye sized, made of aluminium or other material under customer’s demand.
The PET coatinq (with polyethylene Film) behaves specially well in aggressive environments, where a food certification is needed to use with food. It has been tested on the IANESCO laboratories (InForm Essey n° 384a Result 1-i I HOR JSt WIIN FOODS rUFFS;.

Fire

Excellent fire resistance. The PIR insulating nucleus suffers superficial carbonization, whiles the inside nucleus remains intact. Altogether, it doesn’t contribute to the spread of fire, keeping smoke emissions low.
